Perfectly imperfect sourdough sandwich loaves. Slow fermented with local organic K2 Milling flour and enhanced with local Breedon's maple syrup, plus a touch of olive oil & salt. Simple ingredients in small batches. LoaveIt Microbakery is proud to be featured at the Tottenham Foodland and is partnering with local businesses. Though we are taking a break from Foodland until November, you may still order a variety of loaves right here. We have delivery and pick up options this Fall for Small, Medium and Standard Loaf sizes. Flavours include standard, cheese, seeded, seasonal pumpkin babka, chocolate babka, cinnamon apple and pecan caramel. Gluten-free now available, as well as dairy-free, egg-free options upon request, and sweet loaves coming soon. Wholesale options also available upon request. Soft and fluffy sandwich loaf with inclusions of olive oil, a dollop of local maple syrup and sourdough starter as the only rising agent. Simple organic ingredients. A favourite among kids and adults alike

Pumpkin Spice Loaf
Soft and fluffy Brioche bread enriches with farm fresh eggs, organic milk and organic A2 local butter ( or dairy-free option using oat milk and coconut oil) . This seasonal product introduces pumpkin butter and warm fall spices. Best paired with a warm beverage or as a dessert.
